BIOGRAPHY - FILOMENA ROTIROTI
Filomena Rotiroti, is MNA of Jeanne-Mance-Viger and for the past 10 years
has represented the constituents of her riding in the National Assembly.
Originally from the East end of Montreal, she puts her political knowledge
to the service of the citizens of Saint-Leonard. She has acquired extensive
experience in public administration and economic development. She held
various positions in politics before becoming MNA, such as coordinator,
organizer, political advisor, administrator and chief of staff in a ministerial
cabinet. She chaired various parliamentary comities and played a vital
role as parliamentary assistant to the Ministers of Immigration and Tourism.
She has previously held the position of Chair of the Liberal Government
Caucus, and currently chairs the caucus of the Official Opposition in
the National Assembly.
