Emilia Augello is a 21 year old culinary graduate from L’Institut de L’Hôtellerie de Tourisme du Québec. Her passion for cooking drove her to compete on a television series, Chopped Canada where she won the first ever Tournament and the title of Chopped Canada Teen Champion.  She has also competed and received top honors in an online competition called Fave Chef, in 2021. The last five years, she has continued to learn, work & interact with some of Montreal’s great chefs. Emilia cannot wait to make her mark in the culinary world.
